Log in here to
update your practice information in the NHSCS Members Database. If
you need assistance, or you've lost your username and/or password (or
haven't been assigned one yet), please send an email to members@nhscs.org.
Once logged in,
click on the "Search/Modify" button at the bottom of the
Member's Administration page to bring up your record in the database.
Click on your name to make any changes, and be sure to click
"Modify" to save those changes.
