Functional Neurology for the Chiropractor

Topics will include:

• clinical neuroanatomy of chronic spinal pain and spinal mechanoreception
• receptor driven neuroplasticity, synaptogenesis and transneural degeneration
• spinal cord laminar reflexes as related to somatic and visceral function
• literature review supporting the chiropractic neurological model

The class will include practical demonstrations of adjusting, exercise and low level laser therapy.
